MotioniqX ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

By using MotioniqX, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User Content

MotioniqX allows you to upload images, photos, videos, text prompts, and related content in order to create AI-generated or AI-edited images and videos. Uploaded content may include portraits, selfies, or other media that contains faces or other sensitive visual information.

1.2 Face Data

When you use AI image, AI video, portrait animation, face-based transformation, or similar creative features, MotioniqX may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• What we collect: We collect images or videos that you upload or capture that may contain your face or the face of other individuals, together with related prompts and task parameters needed to perform the AI feature you request.
• How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI features and generate the output you ask for. We do not use face data for biometric identification, identity verification, facial recognition, profiling, or advertising purposes.
• Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell face data. We do not disclose face data to unrelated third parties for their own use. We do not share face data with data brokers, advertising networks, or any third-party AI service. Face-containing images and related task data are processed only on infrastructure we control and on servers operated by our development team.
• Storage: Face data, as part of your uploaded media, may be stored temporarily on your device and on infrastructure we control while the requested AI result is generated and delivered. We do not store face data on third-party AI platforms, and we do not use face data to build biometric templates or user profiles.
• Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. When stored on our servers or processing infrastructure, images and videos containing face data are automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion unless a shorter period applies by law or a longer retention period is required to resolve abuse, fraud, or security incidents. You may request deletion at any time, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are described in this section and in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9.

1.3 Device and App Information

We may collect limited technical information about your device and app session, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, screen metrics, anonymous device identifiers, and basic diagnostic or network information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

1.4 Account and Usage Information

We may collect anonymous or account-linked identifiers, subscription status, credits balance, generation history, purchase verification data, and records of in-app actions required to provide features, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and support customer service.

1.5 Advertising and Attribution Data

With your permission through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework, we may access the device advertising identifier (IDFA) and related attribution signals to measure advertising performance, understand campaign effectiveness, and improve user acquisition reporting.

1.6 Feedback and Support Information

If you submit feedback or contact support, we may collect the information you provide, such as your message, app version, user identifier, and any screenshots or attachments you choose to send.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide AI-powered image and video generation, editing, and transformation features.
• To process uploaded photos, videos, and prompts to create requested results.
• To authenticate users, maintain subscriptions or credit balances, and process purchases or restores.
• To save your generation history and enable result retrieval where the service supports it.
• To maintain app security, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and troubleshoot service issues.
• To measure app performance, feature usage, and advertising attribution where permitted.
• To respond to feedback, support requests, and deletion requests.

3. AI Processing and Service Providers

MotioniqX uses AI technology to generate or transform images and videos based on your prompts and uploaded media. These AI features are provided using models and processing infrastructure operated and controlled by our development team.

When you choose an AI feature and submit content, data processed for AI generation may include uploaded images, uploaded videos, prompts, feature identifiers, task parameters, and technical metadata necessary to perform the requested generation. This processing occurs on our own servers and infrastructure we control.

We do not send your photos, videos, prompts, face data, or other user-generated content to any third-party AI service. AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control using models operated by our development team.

Other service providers may receive limited non-content data needed to operate the App, such as authentication, storage, media delivery, analytics, attribution, or payment services. These providers do not receive your uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for AI model inference. We do not use your content for biometric identification or facial recognition.

4. Data Sharing

We may share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• AI processing: AI image and video generation is performed on infrastructure we control using models operated by our development team. We do not share photos, videos, prompts, images containing faces, or face data with any third-party AI service.
• Infrastructure providers: With service providers that host, store, secure, or transmit limited service data for the purpose of delivering requested app functionality. These providers do not receive uploaded photos, videos, prompts, or face data for AI model inference.
• Analytics and attribution providers: With providers that help us measure app performance, advertising attribution, or campaign effectiveness, subject to your permissions where required.
• Payment and subscription verification providers: With Apple, payment processors, and related verification services to validate purchases and manage entitlements.
• Legal and safety reasons: If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, our services, or the public.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell your photos, videos, prompts, or images containing faces to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our agreements.

• Uploaded media and generated outputs: We may retain uploaded files, generated outputs, and task-related records for a limited period needed to complete processing, support access to recent results, maintain history features, and detect abuse.
• Face data and media containing faces: Images and videos containing facial information that are processed for AI features are automatically deleted from our servers or processing infrastructure within 7 days after processing completion, unless retention for a longer period is legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
• Deletion requests: You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal or security exceptions.
• Technical logs: We may retain limited technical, billing, fraud-prevention, and diagnostic logs for longer where reasonably necessary to secure and operate the service.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. App Tracking Transparency

MotioniqX uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you allow tracking, we may use attribution data to measure advertising performance and campaign effectiveness. You can change your tracking choice at any time in your device settings.

8. Children's Privacy

MotioniqX is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will delete it.

9. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. You may also request deletion of uploaded media, generated content, face data, or related account information by contacting us.

To request deletion or exercise privacy rights, contact us at the email address below and include enough information for us to locate your records, such as your app user ID, device details, or screenshots of the relevant transaction or content where appropriate. We will respond within a reasonable time and process valid deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter or longer period is required by law.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live, including where our servers, contractors, or service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure that transferred data remains protected under standards consistent with this Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of MotioniqX after changes become effective means the updated policy will apply to you.
