Face Data Summary
Dreviora processes images and videos that may contain facial information for AI features such as image generation, image-to-image editing, image-to-video generation, text-to-video generation, and face-related video creation. Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are explained in Section 1.2 Face Data, with additional details in Section 3 AI Processing, Section 4 Sharing and Disclosure, Section 5 Data Retention, Section 6 Your Rights and Choices, and Section 9 Data Security.
Dreviora does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. All AI processing is performed by Dreviora's own proprietary AI models and backend service. User-uploaded photos, videos, prompts, and related content are used only to perform the AI feature you request. We do not share this content with external AI providers, and we do not use uploaded face data for identity recognition, profiling, or biometric identification.
Dreviora ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User Content
When you use Dreviora, you may upload or create content such as photos, videos, prompts, style selections, generation settings, and feedback. Uploaded photos or videos may contain personal information, including images containing faces. We collect this content only to provide the AI features you request, such as image generation, image editing, video generation, and related preview or history functions.
1.2 Face Data
When you use features that process photos or videos, Dreviora may process images or videos that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as described below:
- What we collect: We collect images or videos that you upload or generate that may contain your face or the face of other people, together with related prompts or feature selections, solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI features.
- How we use it: Face data is used exclusively to perform the AI feature you requested, such as image generation, image editing, image-to-video generation, text-to-video generation, or face-related video creation. We do not use face data for facial recognition, identity verification, profiling, or advertising purposes.
- Disclosure and sharing: We do not sell face data, and we do not share or disclose face data with third parties or third-party AI providers. Face data is processed only by Dreviora's own proprietary AI models and backend service as necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
- Storage: Face data contained in uploaded media is stored only on Dreviora-controlled systems and only for the time reasonably needed to complete processing, provide task history, troubleshoot service issues, and honor deletion requests. It is not sent to third-party AI providers and is not used to build biometric profiles.
- Retention: Face data is processed temporarily. Media containing facial information used for processing is automatically deleted from our processing systems within 7 days after processing completion, and generated task items shown in the app may be removed earlier under our normal product retention rules. You may request deletion at any time, and we will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are addressed in this Section and in Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9.
1.3 Device, Usage, and Diagnostics Information
We may collect limited technical information to operate the app and secure the service. This may include device model, iOS version, locale, time zone, screen size, screen scale, processor count, approximate storage capacity, approximate free storage, app version, build version, bundle identifier, carrier information, anonymous device identifiers, and diagnostic or networking information needed to maintain stability and detect abuse.
1.4 Purchases, Subscription, and Credits Information
If you purchase subscriptions or credits through Apple In-App Purchase, we receive purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan type, credit balance, and verification results needed to validate purchases and provide access to paid features. Payment card information is processed by Apple and is not stored by Dreviora.
1.5 Feedback and Support Communications
If you contact us or submit feedback through the app, we may collect the content of your message, your app user identifier, and basic app context such as app version so that we can respond, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

We use collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide AI-powered image and video generation, editing, and preview features.
- To upload, process, and return the photos, videos, prompts, and generated outputs you request.
- To authenticate users, manage anonymous sessions, and keep track of subscription or credit status.
- To improve reliability, security, moderation, fraud prevention, and product performance.
- To support app analytics, attribution, and advertising measurement where permitted by Apple and authorized by you.
- To respond to support requests, feedback submissions, legal requests, and deletion requests.
3. AI Image and Video Processing
Dreviora uses AI technology to generate images and videos based on user-uploaded media and text prompts. Uploaded content, including images containing faces, is used solely to generate the requested output and operate related app functions such as previews and task history.
Dreviora does not use uploaded face data for biometric identification, facial recognition, or profiling. We do not allow user-submitted face data to be used for unrelated marketing purposes.
Dreviora does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. Your uploads and prompts are processed by Dreviora's own proprietary AI models and backend service to produce the requested result. If our internal processing environment needs temporary storage to complete a task, that storage remains subject to this Privacy Policy and our security controls.
4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not share your content, including photos, videos, images containing faces, prompts, generated images, or generated videos, with any third-party AI service.
We may disclose limited information in the following situations:
- Service operations: We may use service providers that help us host systems, monitor app performance, validate purchases, or provide customer support, but they may process information only on our behalf and under appropriate restrictions.
- Analytics and attribution: With your permission where required, we may share limited event, attribution, and advertising information with analytics or advertising partners such as Meta in connection with app measurement and campaign performance.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or if necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
- Business transfer: If we are involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share face data or user-generated content with third parties for their own marketing, profiling, AI training, or AI processing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- Generated tasks and outputs: Based on the current in-app product behavior, generated task items shown in app history may be automatically removed approximately 2 hours after creation.
- Face data and processing media: Images and videos containing facial information that are used for AI processing are automatically deleted from our processing systems within 7 days after processing completion.

- Support and deletion requests: We may retain support records and deletion request records for a reasonable period needed to respond, document completion, and comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we stop using certain data where required by applicable law.
You may manage your photo library permissions, tracking permissions, and some notifications through your iOS device settings. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact us at faizansiddiqi222@icloud.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
7. App Tracking Transparency and Advertising
Dreviora uses Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework before accessing the device advertising identifier (IDFA). If you do not grant permission, the app does not access the IDFA. If you grant permission, the app may use advertising and attribution data to measure campaign performance, understand app installs or subscriptions, and improve ad relevance.
Dreviora may also use anonymous identifiers, IDFV, ATT status, locale, time zone, and other app context to support account creation, attribution, fraud prevention, and service operation.
8. Third-Party Services
Dreviora uses or may rely on the following categories of third-party services:
- Apple services: StoreKit for subscription and in-app purchase processing, AppTrackingTransparency for tracking consent, and other Apple platform services needed to operate on iOS.
- Meta / Facebook SDK: For app event measurement, attribution, and subscription analytics. These services may receive limited event and attribution information in accordance with your device permissions and our configuration.
- Infrastructure and operational service providers: Hosting, storage, networking, and support vendors that help us run the service under confidentiality and security obligations. These providers are not third-party AI services and are not permitted to use user content for their own AI training or AI processing purposes.
Dreviora does not use any third-party AI service to process user photos, videos, face data, prompts, generated images, or generated videos. No user data is sent to external AI providers. AI generation is performed by Dreviora's own proprietary AI models and backend service.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include access controls, transport security, operational monitoring, and limited retention of sensitive processing content. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Children's Privacy
Dreviora is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on where our systems and service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect transferred information in accordance with applicable law.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
